Rudd Construction is a local Roaring Fork Valley business maintaining between fifty to seventy full-time employees and up to 130 seasonal employees, depending on our needs,  who reside in Pitkin, Eagle and Garfield counties.  One of our greatest assets as a company is our extremely high employee retention.  Seven out of our current ten Site Supervisors have been with us for between 14 and 30 years.  As a team we have developed unique methods of building and managing projects  which  allow  us to  be extremely flexible while remaining cost effective. Rudd Construction’s management, supervisors and site personnel work diligently with the owner, architect and engineer throughout all phases of the construction project to ensure high quality, thoroughness, and professional execution of all phases of the work. Our construction management methods are performed by managerial employees who are well versed in all phases of project estimating, project management, project scheduling, and project supervision. Rudd Construction’s staff of experienced tradesmen complete multiple tasks on all projects, including precise demolition; rough and finish carpentry; custom stairways, cabinets and woodwork; custom metalwork and railings; exterior finishes including window installation, trim and siding; site work including project layout, excavation, grading, utility work, retaining walls and landscape features. Many Rudd Construction personnel also possess the skills to perform other phases of a project should it be cost effective or desirable due to time constraints.
